A 1989 graduate of NYU College of Dentistry, Dr. Karidas completed her residency at NYU in 1990 and opened this Stamford practice the same year. Thirty-six years later, she is still the one doctor patients see at every visit.
From NYU to Summer Street.
Dr. Karidas, D.D.S. is a 1989 graduate of NYU, College of Dentistry. She completed her residency in 1990, also at NYU, and upon finishing it she opened her own practice in Stamford that same year.
That practice is the one you will visit today: a single-doctor office at 999 Summer Street, where the dentist who examines you, plans your treatment, and does the work is the same person, visit after visit. Some of the patients who have written reviews count their time here at eighteen, twenty, and twenty-five years.
The education never stopped.
Dr. Karidas continues her education attending numerous seminars and dental conventions. These include the most recent advances in preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, digital radiography, and the use of a hard and soft tissue laser called the Waterlase MD — the same instruments in use in the office today.
