When the office is open.

Mornings start at 8:00 AM four days a week, and Saturday appointments run on a rotating schedule — ask the front desk which Saturdays are open when you call.

What to mention when you call.

A sentence or two is enough. Telling the front desk which of these describes you helps them book the right amount of time with Dr. Karidas.

New patient

Say you are new to the practice and share your insurance information — benefits are verified for you in advance of treatment. Then read what your first visit looks like.

Returning patient

Give your name and what you are due for — a cleaning, a follow-up, or treatment Dr. Karidas has already planned with you.

Urgent concern

Describe the problem — pain, swelling, a broken tooth or restoration — and when it started. The front desk will work to find the earliest appropriate time.

A courtesy to other patients: if you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call as soon as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.
